Office Descriptions

President - 2-year term (Academic Years)

Duties Include :

  • Planning and administering chapter meetings (2x per year)

    • Organizing Executive Committee planning meetings as needed

  • Collaboratively organizing various Chapter events

  • Working with National on various initiatives including recruitment and supporting local French programs as needed

  • Maintain an AATF Membership (reimbursed by Chapter)

Vice President - 2-year term (Academic Years)

Duties Include :

  • Assisting with planning and administering chapter meetings (2x per year)

    • Collaborating on Executive Committee planning meetings as needed

  • Collaboratively organizing various Chapter events

  • Sharing duties with President as needed

  • Maintain an AATF Membership (reimbursed by Chapter)

Secretary - 3-year term

Duties Include :

  • Attending and noting minutes at chapter meetings (2x per year)

    • Organizing and formatting meeting minutes for posting on website (PDF)

  • Attending Executive Committee planning meetings as needed

  • Assisting as needed (and as available) with various Chapter events

  • Maintain an AATF Membership (reimbursed by Chapter)
